Kevin Kadish is the 3x Grammy nominated songwriter/producer/engineer responsible for co-writing, recording, producing, and mixing Meghan Trainor’s 2014 debut album “Title”, including the hits, “All About That Bass”, “Lips Are Movin’”, and “Dear Future Husband”. More recently, he co-penned country radio’s most played song of 2019, Morgan Wallen’s “Whiskey Glasses”, which was his 1st #1 in the country genre. Kadish has also contributed to a number of popular recordings by artists such as Jason Mraz, Miley Cyrus, 5th Harmony, Stacie Orrico, Willie Nelson, Garth Brooks, and more…
As an artist, Kadish toured extensively, opening for the likes of Hall & Oates, Vertical Horizon, Dave Mathews Band, Jeff Beck, SR-71, and others... eventually signing as a solo artist to Republic Records in the 90s. In 2001, Kadish started his 10 year stint under the wing of super-producer Matt Serletic as his staff songwriter, however; it wasn't until venturing out on his own in 2010, that Kadish reached his full potential, as the creative force behind Meghan Trainor's groundbreaking debut album, "Title".
Kadish is an advocate for songwriter and producer rights... he was selected to be on the Board Of Directors of the newly established MLC, he has served as co-chair of the Grammys P&E Wing twice, is a Grammy Board Member At Large for the Nashville Chapter, been on Congressional roundtables for songwriter advocacy, participated in Grammys On The Hill, and much more...
