Nathan Dantzler began working in audio 22 years ago, primarily producing and mixing. He realized he was dissatisfied with the mastering of his productions, and so he began to do it himself. He quickly realized he loved the process and dedicated his career to mastering.

Nathan founded thehitlab as a place where great mastering engineers could thrive while providing clients with mastering for the 21st century. In addition to being the studio’s chief engineer, Nathan has also carefully selected and perfected the gear and studio design of thehitlab, which allows him to master music with precision and speed.

Nathan continues to move to the needle by growing thehitlab, providing artists with the highest quality mastering. He focuses on collaboration, musicality, and timelessness in his work.
