Biography

Will Young was Born July 1st 1987 in Bellingham Washington. His Parents Betty Young and Walter Young. When Will was 5 his parents divorced resulting in moving from woman shelter to woman shelter. Will lived in some of the toughest neighborhoods in Seattle Washington and California. In California Will moved into a black woman shelter. Being of native decent he was obviously in the wrong neighborhood. He was beaten often by the other children in the shelter til they discovered he was a minority like them. Later that year his mother, brother, and himself moved to Olympia Washington to be closer to family in Bellingham. Will attended Wa-He-Lut private native american school. Being a light skinned native american he was beat up and harassed on a daily basis. Will and his family eventually moved back to Bellingham Washington when he was 10. A couple years later he met his best friend and soon to be rap partner Joey Robles A.K.A. Wicked J. Later Will took on the Alias Waztid Will. They formed as the rap group notoriously known as 6 Feet Deep. They became well Known for their single "Mental Illness." They later booked their first concert "October of the Illness" October 19th 2005. While generating a buzz and recording various songs they released their debut album self titled "6 Feet Deep." Shortly after Will Released his first solo project "Addicted 2 Noize." In 2010 they were offered a spot on the Doomsday Productions tour "Hounds of the Underground." After this they went on and did many more mini-tours and opened up for various well known hip hop artist. Will became a severe alcoholic during this time period. Fighting to be in his daughters life and maintaining his buzz in the hip hop scene, Will lost his way. After stepping away from the music scene he went and cleared his head and got sober. Will worked hard and got his daughter in his life playing an important part of her life. December 15th 2015 He released his 2nd project "A.K.A Waztid Will" and shortly after released his "Waztid Material" Mix tape marking his 3rd solo project. Will is due to release his next project "Survivor." The album is to celebrate his 5 years of sobriety and all the challenges he has overcome. Today Will is a Husband to his lovely wife Karly Young and father to his two child Hailey and Lucas Young.
