Born and raised in Italy, Marco is an Audio Engineer and Record Producer with a classical music background.

Having always been fascinated by sound, he grew up playing classical guitar at the Conservatory of Piacenza, his home town. Right before graduating from high school he was exposed to the technical side of the music world, working on some recordings with his band.

After graduating from University of Milan in Science and Technology of Music Communication, he moved to L.A. to attend the Los Angeles Recording School, completing with honors the Audio Recording Program, where he also became a Pro Tools 210M and 210P Certified Operator.

In his career in Los Angeles he has had the chance to work with some of the most prominent italian artists of all time such as Vasco Rossi, Tiziano Ferro, Emma Marrone, Eros Ramazzotti and Ultimo just to name a few. He recorded and mixed songs for Vasco’s latest albums ‘Sono Innocente’ which reached the 6 Platinum certification and ‘VascoNonStop’ which was certified 4 platinum. He tracked the Club Dogo’s ‘Non Siamo Più Quelli Di MI Fist’ record which obtained the Gold Certification as well as Eros Ramazzotti’s ‘Perfetto’ currently holding the Platinum status. He also worked on Tiziano Ferro’s album ‘Accetto Miracoli’ produced by Timbaland (certified 3 Platinum now), as well as Emma’s album ‘Fortuna’ both as Recording and Mixing Engineer (Gold).

Most recently he produced Tiziano Ferro’s latest album “Accetto Miracoli: L’Esperienza Degli Altri” which debuted at #1 in both Album & Vinyl FIMI charts in Italy. The first single 'Rimmel' is currently certified Gold by FIMI.

He has also been part of numbers of successful international projects such as: Keith Urban’s latest album ‘The Speed Of Now, Part 1’ and its hit singles ‘God Whispered Your Name’, ‘Superman’, ‘Change Your Mind’ and ‘Tumbleweed’, including his featuring with P!nk on ‘One Too Many’; Janelle Monaé’s Grammy Nominated Album Of The Year ‘Dirty Computer’ which debuted at number 1 on the Top R&B Billboard chart, The Lonely Island’s ‘The Wack Album’ which reached number 10 on the US Billboard 200, and The Tenors ‘Lead With Your Heart’ record which went Platinum in Canada.

His experience in the studio includes recording and mixing sessions for, among others: Camila Cabello, Keith Urban, Mark Ronson, Pentatonix, Kevin Bacon, John Mayer, Audrey Mika, Draco Rosa, Alejandra Guzmán, Romina Power, Alessandra Amoroso, Ultimo, Joe Bastianich and Disney.

In 2020 Marco was invited to join the Recording Academy as voting member as well as the Audio Engineering Society (AES) with Member status.
