Ntelabi is a Ghanaian rapper and songwriter whose music is categorised as hip-hop/rap. He started his music career in high school, Pope John Senior High School and Minor Seminary, under the name Drilix and was nominated for several high school awards. He started working on his debut studio album, HipHopLives, in university, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and released it in 2015 on which he worked with the likes of Ball J, Cabum and Teephlow. He hosted a concert for his debut album in 2016 which he called HipHopLives Concert.

In 2017, he changed his stage name from Drilix to Ntelabi which best fits his renewed mindset and brand towards originality and an African sense.
