Nami (born July 7, 2001) is a Cape Verdean-American songwriter, record producer, singer, and designer based in Los Angeles, California.

Recognized for his genre-bending sonics, Nami initially gained popularity through his work as a sound designer and producing tracks for notable industry talents such as Ariana Grande, The Kid Laroi, Jack Harlow, and Travis Scott, among others which led him to 4 Grammy nominations and multi-platinum certifications very early in his career.

Today, Nami is readying to re-introduce himself to the world as a performing artist with the release of his solo music. His artistry depicts immersive story-centered alt-pop tracks, which, in cohesion with all of his diverse musical influences, make him anything and everything but one-dimensional.
