Paulo Fernando Fazenda Manuel, born on November 19, 1998, in Luanda, Angola, better known by his stage name Pedro Fernando, also known by his nicknames Pedrocas, FrescoSky, 9ine9ine GucciBerry, Big Baby Petrosky, 99PedroBoy, Lil Petrus and King Pedro, is an Angolan rapper, native of Luanda, and one of the co-founder of the B.C Rappers label, He began his artistic career in 2013, and is a member of hip-hop collectives Big Clã Rappers (since 2017), Team Vieg Yuro (since 2019) and Tropa da Neve (since 2019). Fernando is also a member of the double Favela Clássica (since 2016) and Fellas Lo-fi (since 2019). Fernando has signed a contract with Dreamh Record in 2018 and is the Founder and CEO of his own digital record label FCMG Entertainment.
