Reagan Mthetwa, professionally known as Reagan Lipsons a.k.a Makheza a Producer,Composer and Song writer, was born 26 February 1989 in Bushbuckridge, South Africa. He is an Electronic/Dance music producer, he produced debut Ep followed by a Single song for himself in 2020. Reagan Lipsons is known for been a master/best of most popular music genres

He also produced a Hip-hop Ep for Snypa who recently changed his artistic name to Magezi. Reagan Lipsons Ep(The Gods of Art), the single (Leana) and the album (The Gods of Art Vol. 1) was published by Wa Drossa.

He calls himself(The Gods of Art), he says he believes in art ("I can't imagine life without music")
