Fernando, a mix engineer originally from Lima, Perú, launched his career at the renowned Electric Lady Studios in NYC after graduating from Full Sail University’s Recording Arts program.
While there, he met GRAMMY-winning mixer Michael Brauer (Coldplay, Phoenix, The Kooks) and was invited to join Brauer’s team. After two years as a second assistant, Fernando became Brauer’s main engineer, which led him to collaborate with a variety of notable artists, including Luke Combs, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Idina Menzel and Zac Brown Band.
Fernando also co-mixes Dolby Atmos with Brauer. Joint projects include Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Balu Brigada and more.
Currently based in Miami, FL Fernando operates as a stereo and Dolby Atmos mixing engineer, working in a diverse range of music genres.
